Machine Design & Cad Services
We use SolidWorks to design entire machines or reverse engineer parts for duplication. CAD files are sent directly to fabrication or plasma cutting, and drawings are kept on file for future references.
Fabrication
Full-service shop using plasma cutting, CNC brakes, MIG, TIG, and stick welding. We build custom gaurdsand large-scale fabrications from stainless, bronze, and wear-resistant materials. CAD integration allows for complex sheet metal projects and consistent quality.
Heat Treating
In-house heat treating for various tool steels allows fast turnarounds on parts and toolings. Most jobs are completed without the delay of outsourcing.
CNC Machining
Our CNC machines are programmed using Mastercam for precision and repeatability. We operate large-capacity vertical CNC mills, lathes, and boring mills.
General Machining
We maintain a full range of lathes, mills, key seaters, and presses for versatile machine work. Machines are arranged into efficient work cells to streaming both turning and milling operations.
Large Capacity Maching
Our Toshiba boring mill handles over 20,000 lbs. with a 102″ X and 62″ Y travel.
